- General Requirements:
- 650+ Credit Score
- NO Eviction Record
- NO Violent Criminal Record
- NO Active collection on rent, phone bills, internet and utilities
- Prospect must make a net pay of at least 2.5x the rental value
- Provide proof of income and bank statement (if any) for the most recent 2 months
- 1-year lease
- Preferred 1 year of stable employment
